The Florida Sonrise Chrysalis Community was created to help the youth and young adults of the greater Volusia County and Flagler County area develop a closer connection with Jesus and God.

The community is a part of the Florida Sonrise Emmaus community. You can read more about FSE on their website.

Chrysalis is the youth version of The Walk to Emmaus, which is also a part of The Upper Room.

The program is divided into two categories:

• Flights for youth ages 15 - 18 and completed 9th grade
• Journeys for young adults ages 19 - 24 and graduated high school
